Grant Readiness Diagnostic
Know where you stand before you spend anything else. $175, one-time.
Includes a Financial Snapshot or Sustainability Audit Profile, an infrastructure review against funder standards, written findings with priority recommendations, and a clear baseline for any future engagement.
Grant Readiness Consulting
Systems, governance, compliance, and development infrastructure built to last. $85 to $95 per hour, retainer, 60-day to 12-month engagements.
Includes a full organizational readiness assessment, governance reform and board development, compliance remediation and 990 review, financial infrastructure and budget narrative support, development strategy and funder research, and a 12-month path to grant readiness.
Grant Program Development
Active application, submission, and grant program design.
Phase I completion required. $2,280/month baseline, 24 hours/month at $95/hour.
Includes grant calendar and funder portfolio design, letter of inquiry and proposal development, application submission and reporting, funder relationship strategy, and a board training add-on available at $1,500/session.
